If you’re ready to limber up as we swing into spring, kick off the morning with a gentle stretch class at 9:30am taught by beloved local fitness instructor Raychel Cruz in an accessible, non-denominational way—whatever your background, whatever you believe, you’ll be welcome! We’ll be focusing on getting our bodies moving. Feel free to come as early as 9:15am to find McHattie Hall (it’s the building with the second tallest roof on campus, and has a gym in the middle, so you can’t miss us) and get your mat set up. Class starts at 9:30am and goes until 10:30am.
We know that it’s hard to find places to gather and meet new people in the South Bay, and especially in Cupertino, so we like to use our space to serve community in this way. We’d love to get to meet you!
Please note that to support our local fitness instructor, this will be a donation-based class. You’ll have an opportunity to give what you’re able to contribute directly to Raychel, via Venmo or cash.
